Thanks for the excellent and efficient service.

I just have one complaint though. I applied a card for my wife and it is marked "M" under the gender.

I cannot remember if I put "M" or "F" under gender in the application, but am quite sure I put "F". If I did put "M" then it is my fault but you could have been pro-active and asked if I put in the wrong gender. It is quite obvious that the card holder is female. It even says "F" in the original license card.

In any case, I think I deserve a replacement.

We provide free replacement only if errors were made from our side, otherwise You have to pay a small reprinting fee, and reshipping charges.
