Hi, I ordered for a fast delivery.But FedeX wrongly routed it. It was delayed by a week. I enquired the FeDex and they told that the money is refunded to your account on March 28.It would take another week to show up in the account. It has been credited under the same tracking number. I told them that you would give authorization to me to collect the refund. They were not willing to do that. I request you to check your account after a week s time and refund the money to my account. Iam totally confused.I know that it is not your fault but I am really having a bad experience. Hello, I have placed the order on 15 March 2005(evening). I have not received the package yet. I enquired the FedEx. They said that it has been wrongly routed. I have opted for express mail (24-48 hours delivery). FedeX said that it would arrive tomorrow (22 March). I want my express mailing money back (33.60USD). They said they would return the money back due to delayed delivery. How do I get the money back? Are you going to claim from FedEx for delayed delivery and then pay me back my mailing charges?
